Admission Policy

1. Admission Rules & Eligibility Criteria

Academic Year

The new academic session begins in January of the English calendar year.

Age Limit

Minimum age for admission to Play / Nursery class must be at least 4 years.

Selection Criteria

Age, merit, financial capability, and health suitability will be properly evaluated.

Form Collection

Collect the application form from the madrasa office at the designated fee of BDT 200/-.

Uniform & Essentials

Prescribed uniform, diary, and syllabus must be maintained according to madrasa rules.

Discipline & Conduct

Strict adherence to the madrasa's rules, discipline, and Islamic etiquette is mandatory.

2. Required Documents at the Time of Admission

The following documents must be submitted along with the application form:

2 passport-size photographs of the student.
2 passport-size photographs of the parent/guardian.
Clear photocopy of the student’s Birth Registration Certificate.
Photocopy of the parent/guardian’s National Identity Card (NID).
Testimonial / Transfer Certificate (TC) from the previous educational institution (if applicable).

3. Admission Test Pattern

Students must appear for a 100-mark written and oral assessment. The following subject-wise mark distribution is followed to evaluate academic merit:

⚠️ Important Notice

All designated madrasa fees must be paid through the official payment method by the 7th day of each calendar month. Late fees may be applicable after the due date.
